I had an issue with a brand new pair of Chanel sunglasses, the glasses weren't able to close properly. I was refused by Chanel themselves and another glasses store but OPSM Bourke St saved me! Took my sunglasses in straight away and were able to fix them at no charge.. they even cleaned the glasses I was wearing! Big thanks to OPSM Bourke St especially the manager Tony. I will be getting all of my future glasses from here, fantastic service.

Very nice experience with OPSM and optometrist Mark Fisher who is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made my experience of eye check memorable. He’s been very helpful discussing lenses options / frames in current market. As well as teaching me about my eye pathology and proper eye care for the future. I’d highly recommend his services to family and friends.

I had an emergency situation today (1st jan 24) where my glass frame was broken. I was helped by Daniel and the other lady (forgot to ask her name). They were both extremely helpful and professional. I just want to say thank you so much to Daniel and the other lady. You just saved my day!! God bless you both.

Sarri was EXCELLENT in my experience with OPSM. I had been looking to buy new sunglasses for some time, and been shopping around so had a fair idea of what I wanted. Every Sunglass Hut store I was underwhelmed by the service, even when saying "I'm looking to buy today". Sarri, however, at the OPSM Bourke St Mall store was attentive, knowledgeable, and even took me through other potential options. She made me very happy to be parting with $500+ on new sunglasses! Would highly recommend her and the OPSM store.

The optometrist at the Bourke Street branch was absolutely lovely and found me the correct prescription after specsavers got it wrong. They were lovely to have accepted my late warranty in replacing my lenses and were very helpful in picking out my frames.

I was looking to buy sunglasses here as they seem to have a good selection. However the 2 times I visited there was zero customer service. The glasses were so dirty I can’t even try it on. I waited a long time to ask someone for wipes and they just look at your direction and pretend not to see you. So would be taking my business elsewhere.

Great selection of frames and a clean and nice store. But the best part is the absolutely wonderful staff. Bronte is super lovely and helpful, as well as the counter staff. Thank you for a great experience!
